$20 per guest (minimum 20 guests)

2-Hour Buffet-Style Service
At your location (within a 10-mile radius)

• 10 varieties of wood-fired pizza (up to 20 pizzas)

• 2 salad options

• 2 appetizer options

• Fresh fruit and vegetable platters

Setup Fees

• 20–25 guests: $200 setup fee + tax & 18% service fee

• 30–40 guests: $150 setup fee + tax & 18% service fee

• 50–75 guests: $100 setup fee + tax & 18% service fee

• 75+ guests: No setup fee + tax & 18% service fee

 

Optional Add-Ons

Additional Time :

+$150 per hour (menu pricing provided at booking)

Event Requirements

• Parking space for Bus (40ft L × 10ft W × 13ft H)

• Space for three tables within 25–30 ft of the bus

 

Bus Specifications

• Length: 40 ft

• Width: 10 ft

• Height: 14 ft

• Parking: Minimum 40 ft (approx. 4 car spaces)

• Clearance: At least 20 ft overhead

• Service Area: Minimum 8 ft open space on serving side

Please notify nearby residents about the wood-fired oven during service.

Important Note

While we aim to arrive and serve on time, rare mechanical or technical delays may occur. If necessary, we will provide service by alternative means. If service cannot be completed, the event may be canceled and your deposit refunded.
