2-Hour Buffet-Style Service
At your location (within a 10-mile radius)

• 10 varieties of wood-fired pizza (up to 20 pizzas)

• 3-4  salad options

• 3-4 appetizer options

• Fresh fruit and vegetable platters

Setup Fees

• 20–25 guests: $150 setup fee + tax & 18% service fee

• 30–40 guests: $ 0 setup fee + tax & 18% service fee

Optional Add-Ons

Additional Time :

+$150 per hour (menu pricing provided at booking)

Service Area

We serve events within a 10-mile radius of Sherman Oaks with no travel fee.

Events outside our standard service area may be subject to a Travel & Distance Fee.

 

Bus Access & Parking Requirements

Please make sure your location can accommodate:

• 40 ft. long

• 10 ft. wide

• 13 ft. high clearance

• Approximately 3–4 car parking spaces

Our bus must also have safe access. Please let us know about:

• Narrow streets

• Steep hills or driveways

• Low tree branches

• Low bridges or overhead obstructions

• Gated or restricted-access locations

Depending on your event and location, additional charges may apply:

• Travel & Distance Fee

• Sales Tax

• Service Fee

• Special Location or Setup Fee

 

Step 5 — What You Need to Provide

Parking for the Pizza Bus

Minimum: 40 ft. L × 10 ft. W × 13 ft. H

Serving Table Area

Please provide space for three serving tables within 25–30 feet of the bus.

 

Guest Supplies

Please provide plates, utensils, napkins, and drinks unless they are included in your selected package.

One-Time Buffet Setup

Minimum: 20 Adults 2 Hours at Your Location

Pricing by Guest Count

20–25 Guests: $40 per adult + tax & service fee

30–40 Guests: $35 per adult + tax & service fee

50–75 Guests: $30 per adult + tax & service fee

100–150 Guests: $25 per adult + tax & service fee

Kids Pricing

Under 10 Years: 50% of the adult price

Under 5 Years: Eat Free

Kids' pricing applies when adult pricing is included.

 

Add All-You-Can-Eat Options

Pizza +$5 per guest

Appetizers +$12 per guest

Salads, Fruits & Vegetable Platters +$8 per guest

BBQ Meats +$20 per guest

Order From Our Menu

Guests Order Individually From the Pizza Bus Window

Guests can order directly from our menu at the Pizza On Bus window.

 

Minimum Service: 2 Hours Setup Fee: $200

The setup fee covers bringing and setting up the Pizza On Bus at your location.

Food and menu items are priced separately based on guest orders.

Full-Day Event Setup

Up to 6 Hours at Your Location

Setup Fee: $1,000

The setup fee covers our time at your location, bus setup, and service presence.

Food and menu pricing are additional.​​

Important Note

While we aim to arrive and serve on time, rare mechanical or technical delays may occur. If necessary, we will provide service by alternative means. If service cannot be completed, the event may be canceled and your deposit refunded.
