About the Buffet-Style Catering Package

Perfect for indoor or outdoor Home or Business events.
The setup includes pizza-themed tables and our Pizza On Bus parked in front of your location.
Food quantity is adjusted to ensure plenty for all guests.

 

What We Provide

• Full Buffet-Style Menu – 2-hour service at your location

• Additional Time: +$150 per extra hour (menu pricing provided at the time)

• Setup & Preheating: 45 minutes (wood-fired pizza ovens)

• Food Preparation & Serving: 45 minutes (pizza, appetizers, salads, BBQ)

• Cleanup: 30 minutes

• Tomahawk Steak – $35 each

• Ribeye Steak – $10 per 6 oz.

• Lobster Tails – $15 each (minimum 4 pieces)

• Salmon – $20 per lb.

• Shrimp – $15 per lb.

 

Other Fees

• Prices do not include 9.5% sales tax and 18% service fee

• Minimum order: $600 within a 10-mile radius

• The 18% service fee does not include gratuity (tips appreciated but not required)

 

What We Require from You

• Parking space for our Pizza Bus (40 ft. long × 10 ft. wide × 13 ft. high)

• Setup area for three tables within 25–30 ft. of the bus

 

Bus Requirements

• Bus Dimensions: 40 ft. long × 14 ft. high × 10 ft. wide

• Parking Space: Minimum of 40 ft. (approx. 4 car spaces)

• Overhead Clearance: At least 20 ft. vertical clearance required

• Serving Area: Minimum 8 ft open space on serving side

• Neighbor Notification: Please notify nearby residents about the wood-fired aroma during service

 

Important Note

While we always strive to be punctual, occasional mechanical or technical delays may occur.
If possible, we will serve your food another way. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your event and return your deposit.
