PizzaOnBus Requirements & Guidelines
Pizza Bus Dimensions:
26,000 lbs. | 40 ft. long | 10 ft. wide | 13 ft. high
Parking Space Needed: Please provide a flat 40 ft. parking space
about the size of 4 standard cars.
Neighbor Notification: If the event is near homes, kindly inform neighbors about the potential wood-fired aroma during our service.
Setup & Cleanup Time: Setup & Preheat: 45 minutes
Cleanup: 30 minutes
Table Access: Set up your tables no more than 25 feet from the bus for smooth food service.
This catering package will be served buffet-style, either indoors or outdoors at your chosen location. The quantity of food will be based on the selected package and guest count, ensuring there is enough for all your guests. The package includes setting up a buffet-style service on tables and serving directly from the Pizza on Bus to your tables at your location.
We require easy in-and-out access for our bus at your location to reach your table setup. Two tables will be set up at your home, business, or anywhere at your event for food pickup. To manage food distribution, we are not serving food directly to your guests; someone should be designated to oversee portions during pickup. If needed, we can provide this service for you for an additional fee

Catering Service Duration:
2 hours of catering services at your location.
45 minutes for setup and preheating wood-fired pizza ovens.
45 minutes for making and serving pizzas Salads and appetizers.
30 minutes for cleanup.
+$150 hourly for bus with staff on-site; food cost based on menu.​
